Shipping Information
We ship via Federal Express Ground, UPS Ground or USPS at our discretion. Orders typically ship within 1 - 3 business days. Orders normally take 1 - 5 days from ship date to arrival. If you need an order expedited, please call or e-mail us for a quote.
Please be sure to enter your shipping address correctly during checkout. There is a $10 charge for address changes on packages that need to be re-routed during delivery due to an incorrect address.
International Orders
Monkey Doodle does not ship internationally at this time.

Standard shipping costs are calculated according to the total price of your order.

Return Policy
Monkey Doodle has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 15 days of the original ship date, unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges).
To return an item, please e-mail us at gonebananas@monkeydoodledoo.com to receive mailing instructions. Packages being returned to Monkey Doodle should be insured as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
